1. Scope and Plans

BuddyCal may offer free core features and premium features through paid subscriptions (e.g., monthly or annual).

Plan details, pricing, duration, and included features are shown in the in-app subscription screen before you confirm payment.

We may add, change, or discontinue plans with appropriate notice.

2. Payment

Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store, subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

• Charges are billed to the Apple ID linked to your App Store account.
• Displayed prices may include taxes or fees as required by Apple or local law.
• We do not collect credit card or payment details directly — all payments are handled by Apple.

3. Auto-Renewal

Monthly or annual subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.

Apple charges within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the subscribed plan rate (or updated price if notified).

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Select BuddyCal and tap Cancel Subscription

After cancellation, you retain premium access until the end of the paid period, then revert to free features (as we define).

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies. You may request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support.

We cannot issue refunds directly, as all payments are processed through the App Store.

6. Price Changes

We may adjust subscription prices with advance notice through the app or App Store as required by Apple.

If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel before the next billing cycle.

7. Premium Features

Premium features included in a plan may change as the Service evolves. We will try to provide advance notice of material changes.

Subscriptions are personal, non-transferable, and tied to the Apple ID used for payment.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time and will update the effective date above, with notice via the app or other appropriate means.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
